For a while now, I have admired people who write about their daily lives in a journal or blog, without the aim of becoming famous, earning money, or writing informative articles. I also want to write about my daily life like them.
I have a lovely plan to meet up with some friends who also keep online journals or blogs about their daily lives. Thinking about my friends’ blogs inspired me to start my own. So I asked Chat GPT (Everyone's talking about it now) about some popular blogging platforms, and I chose this platform because I like its logo.
Of course, there are more reasons why I chose Medium.
Firstly, I am an English Learner. I’d like to use English.
Secondly, I want to keep this blog private from people who know me but are not my friends. I prefer that those who read my blog are people who either don’t know me or are my friends. Using an English platform is convenient for me because most people around me prefer not to read English.
Thirdly, this platform has a speechreading function. I’d like to improve my listening ability too.
I just want to continue writing this blog.
